Issue:

I was trying to use the 'Rotate Object' block when this error appeared, "Error occurred in reconstructing the CAD body after transformation".

Cause:

This error occurs because you are trying to rotate the Import Part block of a multi-body CAD part.

Solution:

Instead of rotating the entire Import Part block, extract out the CAD Body variables by either selecting them and right-clicking, or extracting them from the Properties panel.
