How to import parts and data into nTop

Summary

To use nTop to its fullest, you need to know how to import a part. Watch the video and read below to see the main methods for importing parts, data, and more. To see the full list of files available for import, go here

Method 1: Drag and Drop

With nTop open, open File Explorer and search for your file. Once found, drag and drop it into the main viewport window. This will import your part and automatically create a block. 

Method 2: File > Import

Go up to File > Import (or use hot-key CTRL - i) to open the Import Window. From there, choose your file and it will import your part.

Method 3: Import Block

Use the search bar (CTRL-L) and type in 'Import'. All of the import options will pop up, allowing you to choose which block you need. These blocks can also be found in the Ribbon.
