How to create a square beam mesh

Objective:

Learn how to create a square beam mesh from a round beam lattice.

Applies to:

  • Round Beam Lattices

Procedure:

1. This Custom Block runs off of three required inputs: a lattice body, a thickness, and a mesh edge length. Upon inserting these, a square beam mesh is generated. Please keep in mind that this block works by generating individual beam meshes and then merging them together so that it can be slow, depending on the complexity of the lattice body.
