  • Profile: The 2D profile that will be swept along the spine.
  • Spine: The curve that defines the orientation of the section plane at each point along the sweep.
  • Rail 1: The first rail curve. The profile is stretched or scaled so that one side of it follows this curve.
  • Rail 2: The second rail curve. The profile is stretched or scaled so that the other side of it follows this curve.
  • Caps: When checked, closes the swept body with planar caps at the start and end of the spine.

Note: The Spine and both Rail curves should generally run in the same direction and share a similar length and parameterization. Rails that diverge significantly in length or shape can produce twisted or self-intersecting geometry.
