Issue:

• I am an Organization Administrator and cannot log on to nTop.
• Trying to sign on to the desktop app displays an error that there is no valid license for this user.

• Organization Administrator Licensing

Cause:

Personal licenses will nullify when nTop promotes your account to an Organization Administrator. But you can manage licenses from the Org. Admin. dashboard and assign one to yourself.
