Can I create Periodic Lattices using hexagonal or triangular packing?

Answer:

Currently, our Periodic Lattices are built using cube packing. You can get triangular lattices by using some of the lattices from mesh blocks, such as Lattice from Surface Mesh. You can also use Voronoi Surface Lattice to create lattices that will have a slightly hexagonal shape. These two methods use the underlying mesh to create the lattice, so the shape of the lattice may vary depending on the mesh.
