Issue:
Some users encounter the error message "Unable to translate any data from the selected part." when attempting to import CAD data. This defect is specific to the user's system specifications.
Applies to:
- nTop 3.13
- SolidWorks
- STEP
- CAD
Cause:
This error message occurs when there is a conflict or missing file relating to nTop's translators.
Solution:
Users have reported the issue to be resolved on updating to the latest version of Windows 10. It is also suggested to have the file saved in Local instead of importing from OneDrive. As a workaround, try exporting a Parasolid (.x_t) from your CAD tool. Parasolid will always yield more reliable results than STEP or native CAD files.

Hello Matt,
Just add this problem with the new version . I'm not able to load any of my IPT file within Ntopology software.
It has previously worked already with these files but now it is not possible to load them. Same issue when I import a STEP file.
